Located where the Montferrat meets the Langhe, our cascina provides not only an ideal base for trips into the surrounding villages, cities and castles, but pure relaxation and leisure on site, with nature and quiet to enjoy. We offer apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bath, each unit offering the possibility to enjoy quiet in seclusion or seek company, as the mood takes you.
We currently rent out 5 apartments. Two units house two to four people, two studios for two people each and a separate house running two floors with private sun terrace, for minimum two people, sleeping a total of four. We have designed and furnished our apartments with special care in an original, Italian country style. All living units have a balcony or a terrace area for breakfast or other uses.
Additionally there is a large terrace (100 sqm) with a magnificent view, a winery, a conference room for seminars and events as well as expansive garden areas for our guests to use at their leisure.
Shopping opportunities for foods, including freshly baked bread, are available in the village of Bubbio at five minutes' drive from here or at the hypermarket in Bennet, which takes 10 minutes by car. Alternatively, we can provide our guests with natural and biologically grown foodstuffs from our own production.
