The “casa a sud” is a little old cottage, built from natural stones, with 50 sqm living space over two floors. It is situated opposite the main building and on one side faces the little ‘piazza,’ while the other side of the house is very intimate and protected from view, looking over the expansive Piemontesian landscape. The large balcony faces south and provides space, for example, to seat four people for breakfast or dinner, or to put out several deckchairs for sunbathing. The ground floor houses a living/dining room with a convertible sleeping sofa and a kitchen unit. A staircase leads up to the bedroom and bath on the first floor. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer; bed linen and towels will be provided. The house with its beautiful semi-circular, large windows, which have been maintained in their original shape after restoration, its lovingly selected furnishings and the main rooms facing south make this a very special, private place.

At seasonal overlaps, the charge for the first week will be for the season valid on the date of arrival. The second week will be priced according to the next season's rate.
Additional Charges:
The rates are based on 2 persons.
Third or fourth persons should pay a supplement of Eur 5 per night each.
Children under 6 are free of extra charge.
Water and electricity are included for two persons, the 3. and 4. person is chargeed at Euro 5.00 per day. Heating cost is charged at Euro 10.00 per day (optional, if required).
Towels (bath, kitchen) and bed linen are Euro 12.00 per person.
Cleaning fees at departure amount to Euro 40.00.
It´s not possible to smoke in the house.
Renting conditions:
1.) The reservation should be made in writing, either by email or by post under acknowledgment that travel conditions in the following specified.
2.) For the transfer of the pre-payment, name and travel date should be indicated.
3.) We ask to refer the guests the dwelling on the journey day between 16-19 p.m. and to free them to until 10.00 am.
4.) Cancellation fees: until 30 days before beginning of renting 50% of the basic rent will be charged. Starting from 30 days will be charged 100%. If the renter find an alternative person (anytime), we don´t charge any extra-costs for the change.
5.) We expect no security payment on arrival, but would like to ask, if you should damage something, to complete the damage by your insurance.
6.) Complaints have to be communicated to us during your stay.
7.) The stay on our property takes place on your own danger.
8.) The Cascina Grassi, Bubbio does not take over adhesion over suffered damage to persons, animals and mobile goods.
9.) Area of jurisdiction is Acqui Terme.
